Inspired Individuals – Programme Development

During a significant strategic review in 2005, Tearfund identified the need for a programme of work, which would enable them to support people with very good, young ideas; and the drive and passion to make them happen. Together we worked to answer the questions which would shape this new programme of work. The programme was developed into a pilot  and was later rolled out to become a key part of Tearfund’s new strategic vision.
