Sustainable Development Commission

Project Management, Process Design and Workshops.

Between 2004 and 2006, the Sustainable Development Commission increased the size of their secretariat team from 8 to 50 people. This jump in resource and experience needed to be matched in organisational and structural support.

Together we developed an agreed process and language to develop, deliver and evaluate projects and workflows, which enabled the Commission to deliver greater effectiveness and clearer communication.
