After over 25 years of work in central London, each of the different Groundwork Trust’s came together to deliver a pan-London programme under a common structure and governance. This meant each of the trusts, each with it’s own unique culture and approach needed to find ways to work together.
Each year Groundwork London deliver over 800 projects across the capital, working with many different and diverse partners. Our work with them involved developing common polices and processes for designing, approving and delivering these projects. Our work with them involved training to ensure a common language was used by all staff, and use of a common tools set would establish reasonable expectations.
